An admin signs in to the Admin Portal, clicks the Analytics & Logs tab, then Call Log, picks the Simple or Detailed tab, sets the period in the calendar filter, then clicks Download. The default view is the past seven days, so the range has to be widened first; preset ranges are Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days and Last 60 days, with custom start and end dates available. Download offers Call Log in CSV format, Recording Calls in MP3 format, and Consolidated Incoming Fax Report in CSV format. The Detailed tab adds columns and the options for including purchased and included call charges.
What it holds
Call records for every company number, call recordings, voicemail, sent and received faxes, and SMS and MMS messages.
Find the size
The Admin Portal prints no byte figure, so the count is the row count of the downloaded Call Log CSV. Retention bounds it: call log is kept 12 months for most accounts and nine months for some, automatic call recordings 90 days with a cap of 100,000 recordings per account, on-demand call recordings 90 days with 200 recordings per voicemail box per user, sent faxes 30 days, and SMS and MMS capped at 5,000 messages for every user in each folder.
