An admin opens the Dialpad Admin Portal, selects Analytics, filters the data, selects Export(.csv), selects the report wanted, then selects Send report; Dialpad emails a link to download the CSV. Exporting analytics data is available on all Dialpad plans, Standard plan users have a limited set of export options, and only the Users/Groups filter and the Date filter apply to the exported data. The reports include Call logs (one record per call, with more than one row per call for a Contact Center or Department), Text logs with the message content, Voicemails and Recordings with links to the mp3 files, Agent status logs, Call disposition logs and CSAT Survey responses. Text logs, Voicemails and Recordings are not enabled by default and are switched on by Dialpad's Customer Care Team; the same reports are available through the Dialpad API.
What it holds
Call records per call leg, call recordings and voicemails as mp3 links, text message logs with the message content, agent status logs, call dispositions and CSAT survey responses.
Find the size
Dialpad prints no storage figure. The Analytics screen counts calls and texts for the filter set, and the Daily statistics, Group statistics and User statistics exports aggregate the same call metrics. Quote the Analytics call total plus the row count of the Call logs CSV, noting that a Contact Center call writes an entry point row plus a fan out row per user.
