We collect what you type and a hash of your network address. We do not sell what you type.
Notice at collection
Collected on the seller form: name, work email, title, company, registered address, and your answers about the company's records. Used to price the company records, prepare the NDA and contact you. Sold: no. Shared for advertising: only browsing on public pages, through LinkedIn's tag, which you can refuse. Kept: 24 months after last contact, or less on request. Sample files may hold the contents of email and documents, which is sensitive personal information; used only to value and license the company records under NDA.
What we collect
Company, name, email, phone if given, your answers, campaign parameters, referring page, browser string, and a salted hash of your network address.
What we never collect
Payment details or government identifiers. Company files only as samples you upload after signing the NDA.
Processors
Fly.io, Neon, Resend, Google Drive, and the model providers on the trust page, which see redacted shapes only. An ad platform that sent you gets its click id and a hashed email when you complete a form.
Your rights
Copy, correction, or deletion of your data: write to lillian@artemisdataco.com. Answered within thirty days.
Opt out of sale or sharing
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, linked in the footer, or write to the address above. Both are honoured.
Opt-out preference signals
Global Privacy Control is read on every request and honoured. Nothing is shown back to you in response to it.
How far a signal reaches
The browser or device that sent it, and any profile we hold for it, including a first-party visitor id. Once your email address is known to us, that address too.
How long an opt-out lasts
Until you reverse it, and no less than twelve months. A later request without the signal does not undo it.
Limit the use of sensitive personal information
Write to lillian@artemisdataco.com. Sample files are used only to value and license the company records they came from, under NDA.
People named in company records
If company records offered here name you, write to lillian@artemisdataco.com to know, correct or delete. The seller confirms it may share the records and has given any notice the law requires.
