A user holding the Export (Module) permission in their profile goes to Setup then Data Administration then Export, then Start an Export, and picks a module. Output arrives as a ZIP that stays available for 7 days, with a cap of 200,000 records per CSV export and 50,000 per XLSX export, and a daily export count set by edition, from 10 on Free to 1,000 on Ultimate. For everything at once, including attachments and configuration, use Request Data Backup on the same Export Data page.
What it holds

Find the size
The admin reads Setup then Data Administration then Storage then the Data Storage tab, which gives allocated, used and remaining data storage plus usage per module covering records and notes, and per module the top 25 users with their record counts. The File Storage tab covers images, attachments, templates and documents.
