In the app, select a table in the left navigation, then on the command bar select Export to Excel and pick Static worksheet, Static worksheet (Page only), Dynamic worksheet, Dynamic PivotTable, or Open in Excel Online. Static worksheet takes every page of the current view, up to 100,000 rows at a time, and writes an .xlsx file carrying the columns, column order, sorting and widths of that view. Changing the columns on a system view needs the System Administrator or System Customizer security role, so build a view with Advanced Find instead. Virtual tables cannot be exported. An export that times out is split by tightening the filter, cutting lookup columns that pull from related tables, and cutting the number of columns.
