From the helpdesk, click the dropdown menu in the top left corner, select Inbox, pick a view in the sidebar, tick the tickets to export, click the three dots icon and select Export tickets. Only the account owner, admins and leads can run it. Gorgias emails a download link to a CSV and that link stays active for 14 days. One export holds up to 1 million tickets and stops at that limit, taking about an hour for 100,000 tickets and up to ten hours for a million. Message bodies are not in that file. For those, open the dropdown menu, select Analytics, pick a report that has a drill down and use Export with message content, which is capped at the most recent 30 days of the selected period or 100,000 tickets, whichever is smaller, and carries public messages only. A drill down export of metadata alone reaches back 2.5 years.
What it holds
Support tickets with their channel, subject, tags, assignee, customer record, response and resolution times, and custom fields.
Find the size
Gorgias states no storage figure, and the drill down table on screen shows only the first 100 tickets. Quote the row count of the exported CSV, one row per ticket, against the 1 million ticket ceiling per export.
