A workspace admin opens Settings then Administration then Import Export and clicks Export data at the bottom, with a toggle to include private teams. On Enterprise plans only workspace owners can run it, and the action is written to the audit log. Linear emails a download link when the CSV is ready and the link expires after 12 hours. The file carries one row per issue with ID, Team, Title, Description, Status, Estimate, Priority, Project ID, Project, Creator, Assignee, Labels, Cycle Number, Cycle Name, Cycle Start, Cycle End, Created, Updated, Started, Triaged, Completed, Canceled, Due Date, Parent issue, Initiatives, Project Milestone ID, Project Milestone and SLA Status. Attachment files are not in it, only links that appear inside issue descriptions. A single view, project or issue list can also be exported from the Ctrl or Cmd K menu, capped at 250 issues for members and 2,000 for admins, and guests cannot export at all.

Find the size
Linear shows no storage figure and no issue total on the export screen. Quote the row count of the workspace CSV, which is one row per issue, plus the team, project and cycle counts read off the same file.
