A super admin requests the whole organization at profile photo then Admin console then Settings then Domain export, choosing text only or text plus attachments. The output is a JSON file only and the feature is limited to Enterprise+ and legacy Enterprise, and video transcriptions, form cover photos and profile pictures are left out of the attachment export. For a single project, use the drop down next to the project title then Export/Print then JSON or CSV.

The admin console reports no storage figure; its Insights tab tracks project and task activity and its Members tab tracks seats. Quote the task count from the domain export JSON or from a project CSV.
