Go to Account Settings, scroll to Advanced Settings, open that list and click Export My Data. That generates multiple .txt and .csv files covering every doc the signed in person owns, and it covers owned docs only: an org admin on an Enterprise workspace has further export options through the admin API. One doc or page comes out as a PDF from the three dot menu in the upper right of the doc, then Print and export, then Export to PDF. One table comes out on its own by hovering the upper right of the table, clicking Options, then the vertical three dot menu, then Download as CSV, and the file generates and downloads in the browser. Show hidden columns and clear filters first or they are missing from the copy. An export past 50 pages takes longer, and embedded files from other tools slow it further.
What it holds
Docs made of pages of text and tables of rows, with views, buttons, formulas, and attached images and files.
Find the size
Coda states the figure inside each doc. Open the doc, click the three dot menu in the upper right, select Doc settings then Statistics: the top of the panel is the total doc size, below it are the counts of rows, pages, tables and views, buttons and controls, and formulas, and beside them the total media size of images and file attachments. Quote the row counts plus each doc size.
