How to export your Adobe Creative Cloud data

Last checked 28 September 2026

Answer

All user uploaded content sits in an organization owned repository, and a system administrator or a storage administrator works it from the Storage tab of the Adobe Admin Console. Go to the Storage tab then Storage reports, select Create report, choose Individual folders or Shared folders, and select Create report; Adobe emails a link to the finished report. On the same tab an admin opens a user's folder and either transfers its content to another user, which moves the assets with no download, or deletes it, which cannot be undone. The files themselves come down per user from Adobe Home under Files then Your Files, and a cloud document opened in its app is saved to the machine from that app's own save dialog. Delegate this without full system admin rights by turning on Storage administrator under Users then Administrators then Add Admin.

What it holds

Cloud documents from Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Fresco, uploaded files and folders, Creative Cloud Libraries of colours, fonts and graphics, and their saved versions.

Find the size

The Storage overview page in the Admin Console prints total storage allocated to the organization, the amount consumed, the balance available, the top storage consumers with quota and percentage used, and a full list of users with individual usage figures, split into Individual user folders, Shared storage and Others. For one user, open the Creative Cloud desktop app and select the Cloud activity icon, or sign in at Adobe Home, go to Files then Your Files and hover over the storage information in the bottom left corner.

What to enter on the form

Adobe Creative Cloud in GB, and the year your company started using it. Seller form
