A user with the Export Lists and Perform Search permissions runs a saved search, then clicks Export - CSV, Export - PDF or Export - Microsoft Excel on the results page, which writes .csv, .pdf or .xlsx. Full history comes out as one saved search export per record type, since NetSuite documents no single whole account export button.

Find the size
The admin reads usage at Setup then Company then Service Tier Dashboard, which shows File Cabinet Size (GB) accurate as of the previous day, Monthly Transaction Lines for the previous month, and a rolling six month average of transaction lines. Quote File Cabinet GB and the monthly transaction line figure.
