For the call list, open Conversations in the left sidebar, run a Search, apply the filters that select the calls wanted, then click the More actions icon and choose Download call data. Gong emails a CSV to the account address rather than offering it in the browser, one row per call, carrying title, date, time, language, duration, word count, participants, talk ratio, longest monologue, interactivity, CRM fields, tracker occurrences, topics and a link back to the call. The Export reports to CSV permission is required, and CRM associations on a row are capped at three leads and three account or deal combinations. For the audio, video and transcripts themselves, use the API: /v2/calls/extensive returns the media URLs and /v2/calls/transcript returns transcripts, within a limit of 3 API calls per second and 10,000 API calls per day, after which the response is HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header.

Recorded sales calls and web conference meetings with their transcripts, participants, topics, trackers, scorecards and comments.
Find the size
Gong shows no storage figure. Count the rows of the Download call data CSV, which is one row per call, and sum its duration column for the hours of recorded conversation. Quote both, plus the date range the filters covered.
