From the Egnyte Web UI a user selects folders or files then Download, which builds a zip capped at 10,000 files, 10 GB total, and a 50,000 folder count. Past those caps the vendor documents the Desktop App, Storage Sync and FTP as paths that carry only the plan file size limit, so a full history pull runs through those instead of the browser.

Find the size
An administrator signs in to the Web UI, clicks the Reports icon, then under Dashboard selects the Storage tab for account storage, growth and private folder size. For per folder figures, administrators and Power Users with the can run reports role run Reports then Storage Reports then Folder Size Report, which returns a TSV with versions total size in bytes and GB and file counts, capped at 100,000 rows.
