The full event history comes out of the Raw Event Export API, GET /api/2.0/export on the project's data server, authenticated with the project secret over HTTP Basic auth or with a service account and project_id. It takes from_date and to_date in yyyy-mm-dd, read as UTC and inclusive, and answers newline delimited JSON with one event per line. The limit parameter caps a single request at 100,000 events, and the endpoint allows 60 queries an hour, 3 a second and 100 at once before it answers 429, so a long history is pulled day by day. Off a report instead, click the button with three dots at the top right and pick Export for CSV, PNG or PDF: 10,000 rows on every plan, or 50,000 rows on Enterprise from an Insights report in Bar, Stacked Bar, Pie, Table or Metric view, and a longer report returns only the first rows up to that limit. Data Pipelines is the standing sync to a warehouse.

Find the size
Mixpanel prints an event count rather than a byte figure: the gear icon at the lower left, then Organization Settings, then the Plan Details and Billing tab shows the current billing period's usage, and the Data Usage tab has View Historical Usage. Only an Owner or Billing Admin can open it. Quote the monthly event count and the span of history.
