Open the feature holding the records and set the Grid View so it carries every column wanted, then select Export in the top right corner of the Grid to download an Excel document. Buildertrend's setup FAQ states the button is on any Grid that supports it, and Grid Views and Filters are set per feature, so each feature is exported separately. A Grid View shared with everyone belongs to the whole team, so an admin can set one that carries every column before exporting. Files are taken from the Files feature, where the arrow icon downloads a file to your computer.
What it holds
Job records with schedules, selections, bids, budgets, bills, daily logs and change orders, plus the plans, documents, photos and videos attached to them.

Buildertrend states file storage is unlimited and prints no total figure, and a Grid shows no account-wide count. Count the rows of each exported Excel grid. One video upload is capped at 5120MB and 15 minutes.
