Go to Orders then Export, choose the order scope or a date range, then pick a CSV option; exports of 50 orders or the current page download to the device, while more than 51 orders or a date range are emailed to the store owner and the merchant. Go to Products then Export then All products for the catalog, and Customers then Export for the customer list. Shopify states an export under 100,000 items can finish in under an hour and 400,000 items can take around 4 hours.
