For bulk history the admin goes to Company then Admin then Subscriptions, selects Data Delivery Service, then Configure, and DDS writes .csv files to a configured cloud storage account, with a choice of all records per object or only records changed since the last export. DDS needs a cloud service account already configured for the Sage Intacct company. Smaller pulls come from any list: open the list, set columns and filters, then select Export at the top of the page and pick Word, PDF, CSV or Excel, capped at 10,000 rows at a time.
What it holds
General ledger, AR and AP records, vendors, employees, inventory, and multi entity accounting data.
Find the size
Sage Intacct documents no account size or total record count screen. Quote row counts from the DDS .csv files per object, or from list exports, remembering the 10,000 row per export cap when counting that way.
