On the Agreements page, find the envelopes by search, filter or Quick Views, mark their check boxes, then click the more options icon then Export as CSV; the CSV carries envelope ID, subject, sender, date sent, status, void and decline data, and recipient names, emails, routing and actions. For the documents themselves in bulk, use Docusign Retrieve, a separate Windows application where a user or administrator creates an export that selects envelopes, formats an index file, sets a save location, then runs immediately or on a schedule. Retrieve logs every envelope it queried in the .downloaded folder, so that folder count can exceed the envelopes actually exported into index.csv.
What it holds
Envelopes with their documents, signer identities, field data, status and completion audit history.
Find the size
Admins read envelopes used and remaining under Accounts then Plan and Billing then Usage Data, but Docusign states usage data appears only on Free, Individual and Personal accounts. On other plans, quote the row count of the Export as CSV file.
