Bitbucket Cloud has no single workspace export button, so full repository history comes out per repository with a mirror clone: git clone --mirror over SSH or HTTPS, which Atlassian describes as a complete backup clone holding the full commit history, all extended refs, and remote branch tracking configuration. Over HTTPS an app password is required, and a bulk run across every repository needs an app password with Repositories Read to call the API. For user records, go to Workspace settings then User directory then Export, which returns a CSV of name, email, last login, two-step verification status, and billable status.
What it holds
Git repositories, commit history, branches, pull requests, repository issues, and workspace user access records.
Find the size
Settings then Repository details on a repository shows a Size line for that repository. There is no workspace-wide usage figure, so add up the size of each repository.
