How to export your Amazon Seller Central data

Last checked 28 September 2026

Answer

For seller-fulfilled orders, select Orders then Order Reports, set Request an Order Report to 1, 2, 7, 15 or 30 days and click Request Report; the file lands in Check Report Status and Download and can take up to 45 minutes. It is a tab delimited text file and Seller Central will not generate one past 30 days, so a full history is pulled as a run of 30 day reports or scheduled as a recurring report. Amazon-fulfilled and seller-fulfilled orders together come out of the All Orders report, requested by order date or by last update, which carries no customer identifying information. For the money, select Payments then Reports Repository, pick the Transaction report as CSV or the Summary report as PDF, choose Month or Custom date range and click Request report: up to 365 days at a time, back as far as 2012, ready within about three hours. Order reports need a Professional selling plan or an Amazon Business seller account.

What it holds

Orders with item, fulfillment and sales channel detail, plus financial transactions, fees, refunds and settlements.

Find the size

Seller Central prints no storage figure and no lifetime order count. Quote the row count of the order reports and of the Payments transaction reports, pulled year by year from Reports Repository in 365 day blocks back to 2012.
