Raising a concern
If you believe something here is wrong, say so and it will be looked at. That covers a security weakness, a licence that should not have been signed, a record that should not have been accepted, and anything you were asked to do that you should not have been.
- How to raise it
- Write to desk@artemisdataco.com with what you saw and when. You do not have to be sure, you do not have to be a customer, and you do not have to prove it first. If it is easier, send it from an address that is not yours.
- What happens
- It is read by a person within five working days and answered. Where it turns out to be right, what changed is written down. Where it does not, you are told why rather than left waiting.
- No retaliation
- Nobody is penalised, dropped as a counterparty, or paid less for raising something in good faith, including where it turns out to be mistaken. This applies to staff, contractors, sellers, buyers and anybody who has never dealt with us.
- Security in particular
- Report a vulnerability to the same address. Do not test against real seller data, do not access an account that is not yours, and give us a reasonable period before publishing. We will not pursue anybody who reports in good faith and stays inside that.
- What we cannot do
- We cannot promise anonymity where the law requires disclosure, and we will say so before that point rather than after it.
