Nothing leaves your systems until a mutual NDA is signed. Buyers see a codename, not your name. You keep ownership and the originals, and a buyer gets a defined right to train on a copy.
Before the NDA
The form asks what systems you run, roughly how much each holds, and the years covered. Counts and dates, not files. A buyer sees a one page teaser under a codename: sector, region, headcount, years, systems. No company name, no town, no people.
After the NDA
Sample files first, so a buyer can see the record before anyone prices it. One asset goes to one buyer at a time. Your identity reaches that buyer only under the signed NDA.
People in the records
Staff, customers and suppliers are named all through real enterprise data. They are licensed as held. You confirm you may share what you upload. Each buyer handles the personal data under its own legal duties.
What never moves
Substance use and behavioral health treatment records, HIV records, medical and clinical records about any person, privileged client files, classified or export-controlled material, anything under a litigation hold, and anything your customer owns rather than you.
What you keep
The business, the systems, the originals and ownership of the data. The licence covers defined systems for a defined term and nothing outside that scope.
